Professor Anil Kumar Anal, a distinguished expert, had the pleasure and honor of joining as the Keynote Speaker during “The 11th Scientific Day” held on May 5-6, 2022, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This esteemed scientific conference, organized under the theme of “Smart Technology for Sustainable Economic Growth,” was a collaborative effort by The Institute of Technology Cambodia (ITC), the Embassy of France, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and received support from AUF, IRD France, CIRAD, France, and various private sectors in Cambodia.
During the event, he delivered an insightful presentation on “Sustainable and Advanced Technology in Eco-packaging,” with a special focus on its application in Food Systems. The multi-disciplinary conference brought together over 500 participants, including students, researchers, industry personnel, and other professionals, who attended the event in person in the vibrant city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The opportunity provided an exceptional platform to share expertise, exchange knowledge, and engage with fellow experts in the field, fostering valuable discussions on the integration of smart technologies for sustainable economic growth.
