Successful Organization of the International Workshop on Alternative Proteins and Innovative Processing Techniques

I am thrilled to share the successful completion of the International Workshop on “Revolutionizing Food: Alternative Proteins and Innovative Processing Techniques” held on March 22, 2024.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Keynote Speaker: Prof. Bhesh Bhandari from Queensland University delivered an insightful keynote address.
  • Invited Speakers: We were honored to have contributions from Dr. Chaiwut Gamonpilas, Dr. Wai Prathumpai, Dr. Nguyen Thai Loc, Dr. Piyada A., Ms. Rungtip Malaaitiwong, and Ms. La Tina (Tina Rodvong).
  • Participating Organizations: The event was supported by the Asian Institute of Technology, National Science and Technology Development Agency Thailand, Protanica, and Food Passport Thailand.

Attendance and Impact:

The workshop was attended by over 80 participants in person and approximately 400 online, including academic researchers, industry professionals, and students. The discussions and presentations provided valuable insights into alternative proteins and innovative processing techniques.
