I am delighted to share the publication of our latest article, titled “Trends and Current Food Safety Regulations and Policies for Functional Foods and Beverages Containing Botanicals,” in the Journal of Food and Drug Analysis (Impact Factor: 3.5, CiteScore: 11.5), published by Elsevier.
This paper, authored by Ms. Jarunee Intrasook (my PhD student), Dr. Takuji W. Tsusaka, and myself, explores the evolving trends and regulatory frameworks surrounding functional foods and beverages that incorporate botanicals.
