Plenary Speaker at World Food Day 2022 and FOODI Info Day

I am honored to have participated as a Plenary Speaker at the World Food Day 2022 and FOODI Info Day, focusing on “Innovation in the Food Industry for Sustainable Development.” This event was organized by the Institute of Technology Cambodia in cooperation with the FOODI Project, funded by the Erasmus Plus Program of the European Union, and the HEIP Project, Cambodia, held on October 17, 2022

Key Insights from My Address

During my plenary speech, I explored the future of food, key issues, and emerging trends in industrial transformation towards a more sustainable and healthier society. I emphasized the critical need for collaboration among all stakeholders and the use of science-based evidence to address challenges and improve the safety and quality of food products.

Audience and Participation

The conference was attended by a diverse group of participants from academia, industry, and policy development sectors, representing ASEAN, Europe, and other regions around the world.
