I am pleased to announce the publication of our latest article titled “Fabrication of Biopolymeric Nanoparticles of Colostrum Whey-Caseinate, Characterization and In Vitro Digestibility” in the Journal of Food Engineering (Impact Factor: 5.5; CiteScore: 11.0), published by Elsevier.
This article is another significant output from one of my previous doctoral students, Dr. Muhammad Umar. Dr. Umar has made notable contributions to the field, with five articles published in high-impact journals and three book chapters released by Wiley and CRC Press.
Congratulations to Dr. Umar for his exceptional work and contributions to this study. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai (NANOTEC, NASTDA, Thailand), Dr. Davids Makararpong (Inno Vital Tech Co. Ltd, Thailand), and Dr. Atikorn Panya (BIOTEC, NSTDA, Thailand) for their invaluable support throughout this project.
This project exemplifies the successful collaboration between academia, research institutes, and private enterprises, highlighting the innovative approach to developing and characterizing biopolymeric nanoparticles for enhanced functionality.
