I am delighted to share that I recently participated as a Keynote Speaker at the International Scientific Conference on “Quality Management and Food Safety (QMS 2021+1)” held from October 13-14 in Hanoi, Vietnam. This esteemed event was organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) in collaboration with Vinacert and other organizations.

My Keynote Address
During my keynote speech on “Emerging Trends in Food Safety: Issues, Challenges and Impact,” I discussed the critical issues and challenges that industries and society face regarding the quality and safety of food products. I emphasized the urgent need for a collaborative approach among all stakeholders and the importance of leveraging science-based evidence to address these challenges, ensuring the production of safer and higher-quality food products.
Audience and Participation
The conference was attended by over 200 participants, including representatives from academia, industry, and policy development sectors from ASEAN, Europe, and other parts of the world.
