Keynote Speaker and Guest of Honor at Workshop on Fermented Dairy Foods and Health

I am delighted and honored to have been invited as a Keynote Speaker and Guest of Honor at the Workshop on “Fermented Dairy Foods and Health: A Guide to Healing the Gut,” held at the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, India, on November 17-18, 2023. This workshop was organized under the aegis of the ICAR-World Bank NAHEP Project (Innovation Grant).

Keynote Address

During the workshop, I delivered a keynote presentation on “Delivery and Efficacy of Probiotics and Postbiotics as Functional Foods and Biotherapy.” My talk explored the role of probiotics and postbiotics in enhancing gut health and their potential as therapeutic tools in functional foods.

Workshop Highlights

The event saw participation from a diverse group of academics, researchers, and students from various universities and research organizations across West Bengal, India. It was a privilege to engage with such a dedicated audience and to witness hands-on practice sessions focused on developing various dairy-based fermented products.
