I am honored to have been invited as a Panel Expert to provide insights on “Science Behind Making Food Safety and Food Quality Standards, Use of New Technology, Innovation, and Research to Ensure Food Safety” during a webinar titled “Spices to Cerelac – Food Safety for Export and Domestic Markets.” The event was organized by Sativikam Advisors in association with the Council for Promotion, Research & Trade in Traditional Foods (CPRTTF) and the Centre for Quality and Food Safety (CQFS), India, on Friday, 17 May 2024, at 4:30 PM Indian Standard Time (6:00 PM Thailand time).
