I am pleased to share the publication of our new article titled “Millets as Supergrains: A Holistic Approach for Sustainable and Healthy Food Product Development” in the Sustainable Food Technology journal, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
This invited review article was co-authored by myself, Prof. Anil Kumar Anal, along with my dedicated doctoral and Master’s students, including Ranjit Singh, Daniel Rice, Kingkan Pongtong, Dipika Trivedi, Udipta Hazarika, and Sanjaya Karki. The publication is a testament to our high-level outputs and global recognition in the field.
