It was a pleasure to be invited as a guest lecturer at The University of Horticultural Sciences, Karnataka, India, on April 6-7, 2023. This lecture, part of the NAHEP-IDP World Bank funded project, was attended by undergraduate and graduate students, as well as faculty members and research staff.
During the session, I had the opportunity to share insights on “Future Foods and Emerging Trends: Challenges, Opportunities, and Sustainability.” The engagement provided a valuable platform to discuss current and future developments in the field and explore emerging trends.
Additionally, I had the chance to meet with senior officials, including the Dean, to discuss potential future collaborations. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this academic event and look forward to future initiatives that will enhance our collective understanding and impact in the field of horticultural sciences.
