The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and the Food Technology, Research, and Innovation Platform (FTRIP) officially entered into a strategic partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration, generously funded by the European Union (EU), was formalized during the 13th Scientific Day and 1st Symposium on Food Technology, Research, and Innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Chair of the Food Innovation, Nutrition, and Health (FINH) Academic Program at AIT, I was delighted to witness this significant step towards enhancing research and development in Cambodia\u2019s food sector.
