During the Curtain Raiser Session of this prestigious conference, I presented on the topic \u201cEmerging Trends for Enhancing Nutrition, Bioactivity, Techno-functionalities, and Bioavailability of Food Components.\u201d<\/strong> My presentation focused on the latest advancements and trends in optimizing the nutritional and functional properties of food components to improve health outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conference Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The conference was inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries, including the Honorable Minister of State for ARD and the Department of Fisheries, West Bengal, the Deputy Director General of ICAR, and the National Director of the NAHEP Project.
