The conference took place in Shillong, Meghalaya, India, on November 21-22, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plenary Address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this prestigious event, I delivered a plenary talk on \u201cProbiotics and Postbiotics in Traditional Fermented Foods: Effective Processing and Delivery for Biotherapy and Functional Foods.\u201d My presentation focused on the role of probiotics and postbiotics in enhancing the health benefits of traditional fermented foods, emphasizing effective processing methods and their application in biotherapy and functional food development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conference Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference was attended by a diverse audience, including academics, researchers, students, enterprises, donor agencies, and development organizations from around the globe.
