This workshop was organized under the aegis of the ICAR-World Bank NAHEP Project (Innovation Grant).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keynote Address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the workshop, I delivered a keynote presentation on \u201cDelivery and Efficacy of Probiotics and Postbiotics as Functional Foods and Biotherapy.\u201d My talk explored the role of probiotics and postbiotics in enhancing gut health and their potential as therapeutic tools in functional foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workshop Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event saw participation from a diverse group of academics, researchers, and students from various universities and research organizations across West Bengal, India.
