This work is part of the doctoral research of Mr. Engr. Muhammad Umar, whose PhD dissertation is titled &#8220;Enhancing Bioaccessibility and Oral Bioavailability of Colostrum Proteins in Food Beverages by Engineered Nanoparticulate Based Delivery System.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acknowledgements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations to Mr. Umar for his outstanding contributions, including three articles in high-impact journals and two book chapters published by Wiley and CRC Press. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai (NANOTEC, NSTDA, Thailand) and Dr. Davids Makararpong (David Enterprise and Development Co.
