Starch,\u201d published in <strong>Food Chemistry Advances<\/strong> (a companion journal of Food Chemistry, IF: 9.231, Cite Score: 13.1, Elsevier).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Research Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This study aimed to investigate the effects of different physicochemical modifications on Riceberry Rice starch, focusing on its morphology, pasting behavior, and functional properties, including bioactivity and glycemic index.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Acknowledgements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Sujitta Raungrusmee, my former PhD student and currently an Assistant Professor at Kasetsart University, for her fifth publication from her doctoral dissertation.
